The internal and external refurbishment of these 3 units at Kind Edward Quay in Colchester has recently been completed. Works included re-cladding throughout, installation of a new insulated roof, new loading doors, new windows and doors, a complete mechanical and electrical upgrade, and new reception areas and WCs.

The project took ten weeks to complete and covers 6,402sq ft.
