Repairs to dock loaders, roller doors, and flooring enhanced functionality and safety, while a new CAT A office space and aesthetic upgrades transformed the building’s appearance. Additional features included EV charging points, upgraded WC facilities, and core area renovations, ensuring a modern, efficient, and sustainable environment.
