Dilapidations
When a tenant moves out of a building we know the race is on to get that space back on the rental market as soon as possible. We are experts in dilapidations projects.
CAT A/A+
CAT A/ A+ are standard landlord fit-outs. Leaving a space ready for an occupier to move in with little more to do by way of building preparation.
Property maintenance
It is no surprise that once a building is complete and a tenant has moved in, the building will need maintenance, we provide a full circle maintenance plan from mid-lease redecoration to emergency call-outs.
