Progress: Kierbeck Business Park

Significant strides have been made at the ongoing project at Kierbeck Business Park, where the site is transforming into a modern, fully serviced space designed to meet diverse needs.

One of the key milestones achieved is the installation of the Kingspan MD60 Multideck, a robust and versatile steel decking system. This was pump-filled with C35 concrete infused with structural fibers, ensuring durability and strength, making it a solid foundation for the development.

In addition to structural advancements, over 500 meters of service trenches have been completed. These trenches are vital to the site’s infrastructure, as they will provide new electric, water, and data services to each unit, ensuring state-of-the-art utilities for future occupants.

Furthermore, progress continues with the installation of foul drainage systems for each unit, an essential component to ensure efficient waste management.
