Significant Progress Achieved at Unit 1, Minworth

Construction work on the new 5,000 sq. ft, two-storey office block at Unit 1, Minworth, is nearing completion. The building includes ground and first-floor washrooms, a ground-floor kitchen, a first-floor kitchenette, locker rooms, and a multi-faith room.

Key updates include:

- Installation of new curtain walling and ramped access to the main entrance, complemented by feature cladding.
- Carpentry for second fix and final touches is nearly complete.
- Mechanical and electrical installations are finalised, with testing and commissioning underway.
- Ongoing interior decoration and floor preparation for a high-quality vinyl finish.

Externally, the steel staircase is now in place, complete with a designated disabled refuge area. A personnel lift has been installed and commissioned, ensuring accessible movement between floors.

Inside, glazed partitions have been fitted to create a brighter and more open space. The intelligent lighting system has been programmed and is fully operational, while air conditioning throughout the office areas ensures a comfortable working environment for tenants.
